As winter takes some time to come in, I thought I might send a little recap of September Panama Blast!
Back to the roots, central america to the core. Panama is still less crowded than his neighbours.
Quite a few places with empty waves and a serious potential of difficult access beaches.
Scored some serious sessions in famous Santa Catalina and on remoted islands.
Worth a come back for all open invoices!

Back to present.
Cold is here but nothing comes down from the sky so far.
Endless cold skate sessions in sunny Austria.
Concrete is stable, nature is unpredictable.
Respect the seasons!

Hope youre all fine.
Greetings

Mateo

Catching up with Ian Paone

Hey everyone.  Ian here letting you know how my summer's going.  Started off with surgery on my severly wrecked right shoulder back at the beginning of May.  Over the last 2 years I ended up shredding the capsule that holds the joint in place, grounded away 20% of my humourous head, and completely severed my rotator cuff.  The surgeon said it was the worst shoulder he's ever seen and was very surprised I was able to use my arm at all the last few months before the surgery.  It's all fixed now though and recovery is well underway.  1 month down, 5 more to go.

Other than recovery my summer's going to be pretty quiet.  I started taking a few courses out of TRU and will be continuing to work on getting some courses finished before the season starts.  I recently just started to learn how to play guitar.  I ended up getting a cheap Behringer Stratocaster and have been plugging away on that for hours on end.

Here's some photos of what I've been looking at this summer:

1) Rayme's usually pretty clausterphobic but he was really hot at thePay Parking protest so he crawled underneath some randoms dude truck to cool off.

2) Aparently this Porsche's owner wanted to voice is opinion to the Bylaw Officer's during the protest.

3) That Bonsai Tree looks so out of place on that ridge.  I'm going to hike there once my shoulder gets a little better.

4) Heres the Bonsai Tree from another angle.

5) My little brother would have been graduating this year so they invited us up to the school for the ceremony.  While I was walking around campus I noticed this.  Red was my brother's favorite colour and I know he would have loved this tree.

Ian Paone

So there's a small peek into my world right now.  When it gets more interesting I'll talk to your guys again.  Have a awesome summer and dont hurt yourself!  Another epic season awaits us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
